Custom Figure Policy

Our figures are individually designed and made to order. Please read the following before placing your order.



01 — Reference Photos

Please provide **3–6 clear photographs** of the person you would like us to model. Full-body photographs are recommended.

We use the photographs you provide as reference material for the design. We may contact you if the photographs are unsuitable for production, or request alternative images where necessary. We reserve the right to decline an order if the supplied images are unsuitable or cannot reasonably be used for the requested figure.



02 — Design & Likeness

Our figures are designed in a **stylised, chibi form** based on the photographs provided. They are an interpretation of the person rather than an exact reproduction.

As each figure is individually modelled, **a 100% likeness cannot be guaranteed**. Differences in facial features, proportions, clothing and other details may occur as part of the design process.



03 — Design Confirmation & Revisions

Before production begins, we will provide a design preview for your confirmation.

Each order includes **up to three rounds of revisions** before final approval.

Once the design has been approved and production has begun, further changes may require an additional fee and may affect the production timeline.




04 — Production & Rush Orders

Standard production takes approximately **1 week**.

Rush production is available within 24 hours  for an additional AUD $60.(For 10 cm figure only. )**.

Rush delivery by private driver may also be arranged where available. Delivery fees are calculated according to distance.



05 — Cancellation & Change of Mind

Because each figure is individually designed and made specifically for your order, **change-of-mind cancellations or refunds are not available once production has begun**.

Before production begins, please make sure that the supplied photographs, design details and selected options are correct.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.



06 — Production Variations

Each figure is individually printed, finished and assembled by hand.

Small variations and minor surface marks may occur during the printing, sanding and finishing process. Minor sanding marks, subtle surface variations and other small handmade imperfections are considered part of the production process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.



07 — Production Errors & Faults

If your figure has a production fault or an error caused by us, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include **repair, remake or replacement**.



08 — Damage During Delivery

We take care when packing each figure for delivery. If your figure arrives damaged, please contact us with photographs of the figure and its packaging as soon as reasonably possible.

We will assess the damage and arrange an appropriate remedy where the damage occurred during delivery.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.



09 — Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting photographs, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use the images for the purpose of creating your custom figure.

We respect the privacy of all customer-supplied photographs. Original photographs provided for custom orders are used solely for the purpose of creating the figure and will not use, publish or share your original photographs for marketing, social media or any other public purpose without your permission.

We may decline requests involving content that we consider unsuitable, unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate for production.



10 — Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the **Australian Consumer Law**.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a product has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with the law.
